Who we are at a glance: We are Chris and Kim Abbott, sons A.J. Abbott, Carver Abbott (wife Billie and daughter Morgan), and daughter Alicia Clark (husband Adam and daughters Anna and Brenna). We decided to begin direct marketing our beef because we were unsatisfied with the packer concentration in the cattle market and the poor prices we were getting for our premium beef.
